More then enough Parking for trucks and food isn't to bad either.
showers are small but clean....store clean...iron skillet clean....store and iron skillet staff very nice...there's a deli shop inside as well as a salon, movie theater, game room, laundry room, and massage chairs....plenty of parking...pretty clean lot
Our 2nd time in 2 years. Everything is good. A little bit of a steep driveway, but hey, we're in the Poconos. Good rv stop.
Horrible I had to wait 3hrs for them to diagnose my freon leak on my Truck. It would have probably been longer if I had not gone up to the service counter. And I checked in first thing at 8am. When they told me the AC guy arrives. Basically I should have been first in line. So I needed a new Ac compressor. I wanted to get the work done. But when I asked how long they told me another 4hrs. So I told them I don't have enuff time to get the work done now. I have to pick up my next load at 3pm. Which is an hour away. If yall would have diagnosed my truck quicker. I could've got the work done. Instead of looking at three trucks at the same time in your shop. The mechanic that was looking at my truck. Seemed like he didn't even want to do the work anyway. He was so busy working on another job that probably paid him more money im guessing. If you need work done on your truck DON'T and I repeat DON'T come here. The Am Customer Service was no good. Overnight Customer Service was way better.
This place has everything you need for a road trip. There is a nice casual restaurant, but also a large store with plenty of meal options and supplies for your car. There are showers, movie showings, and changing rooms. The bathrooms were clean.
